Collab for a Cause

We are excited to announce our Collab For a Cause Dinner is back here at LOT.100. With guest chefs; Darren Robertson from Three Blue Ducks NSW, Kane Pollard from Topiary SA, Emma Shearer from the Lost Loaf SA, our own Shannon Fleming plus a couple of extra surprises, we’re coming together to raise money for the Women’s and Children’s Hospital Foundation over delicious food, Adelaide Hills wine and auction items where 100% proceeds are donated. This foundation has a very special connection with head chef Shannon Fleming and his family.

A bit from Shannon:

‘I started here at LOT.100 in December of ’18 and it gave me a platform to host the first Collaboration for a Cause charity dinner in June ’19. It was a great success with nearly 80k raised for the NeoNatal unit of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital here in Adelaide.

My wife had super premature twins in August of ’18 after a traumatic eventful pregnancy and spent nearly 100 days in NICU. Unfortunately, one of our girls passed away following heart surgery at the Royal Children’s in Melbourne after 28 days. While having the worst experience possible, we also had an amazing experience with the staff and doctors and that holds so many memories not just for our family, but many others.

Since then I have dedicated a lot of time to raise money for the W&C Hospital Foundation using my best platform - hospitality’
